At the initiative of the Khosiyat Mashumova Pedagogical College, in collaboration with the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, an international conference titled “The Role of the Leader of the Nation in Strengthening the Security of Life of the Peoples of the World” was held at the National Library of Tajikistan.

The conference was attended by several distinguished guests, including the Chairman of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education, Academician Farkhod Rahimi; First Deputy of the Committee, Bakhrullo Davlatzoda; Director of Khosiyat Mashumova Pedagogical College, Associate Professor Zair Gafuri; Professor Samariddin Afgonov from Texas College, USA; Professor Zaynidin Mukhtorov, Rector of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) in Dushanbe; Nehra Raj, a representative from the Republic of India; Andy Tan Kien Chiang, Dean of Faculties at MDIS Dushanbe; as well as representatives of international organizations, and heads and faculty members from various secondary and higher vocational institutions across the country and abroad.

Professor Zaynidin Mukhtorov delivered a plenary speech on the topic “Language Policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Language Teaching in the Years of Independence.” The Dean of MDIS Dushanbe delivered a presentation titled “Bridging Nations Through Education: A Shared Commitment between the Republic of Tajikistan and The Republic of Singapore”. The presentation captured the attention of all participants, many of whom gained new insights into MDIS’s presence in Dushanbe. It also sparked interest in expanding collaboration and learning from Singapore’s education model.
