is looking for: Marketing Manager

Full-time contract, based in Dushanbe.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the development and quality control of all published materials (website content, printed materials, banners, digital screens, etc.), ensuring information is accurate and kept up to date for student recruitment, marketing activities, and other stakeholders.

-Collaborate with the Market Research Department to plan and coordinate market research projects, generating market intelligence, insights, and trend analysis.

-Actively contribute to the preparation, implementation, and completion of marketing action plans.

 -Identify marketing opportunities by analysing and understanding consumer needs and requirements.

 -Analyse the market, target audiences, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.

-Identify and develop new sales channels and tools within the local market.

– Assist in the presentation and promotion of the MDIS Dushanbe program and products in schools and language centers.

 -Organise and participate in social and promotional events with MDIS Dushanbe students, as well as third-party events, to promote educational products, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.

-Provide online consultation and support to prospective students and clients.

-Coordinate and work closely with advertising agencies and service providers.

 -Ensure the availability, proper distribution, and management of MDIS Dushanbe branded merchandise and promotional materials.

Required Skills:

Product Knowledge: Be familiar with the products the institute offers and be able to effectively and confidently talk about them to potential customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian and Tajik languages. Be able to communicate effectively with customers, build trust and present products persuasively.

Organizational Skills: Have good organizational skills and the ability to plan your work in collaboration with the marketing department. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and follow a schedule.

Lead Processing and Conversion: Timely processing of leads, ability to analyze sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conduct conversion analysis. Use the data to determine the best sales strategies.

Technical Skills: Have basic computer skills and use of software such as spreadsheets, CRM systems and presentation tools. Ability to make quality presentations in PowerPoint program, ability to conduct presentations about MDIS Dushanbe in different formats depending on the format of the event (schools, roadshows, career and education fairs, educational centers, events, exhibitions).

Requirements: 

• At least a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with more than 2-3 years of management work experience in Sales & Marketing within the Education or Service industry
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools such Power BI
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, mature, proactive and self-motivated
• Possesses strong business acumen, is strategic and resourceful
